Here is the NEW time lapse photography course in the cotwolds, if you are interested in time lapse photography and Digital SLR VIDEO this is the workshop for you. The workshop lasts one day and you will learn the complete process of capturing time-lapse images with your digital SLR or compact camera. We will edit the images using Adobe Lightroom and finish off with your own time lapse movie. If you have a digital SLR with HD Movie. We have created an essential five-day wedding photography-training programme. Wedding Bookings 2011 - Never Known it so busy so early

We are getting more enquiries and having more meetings for 2011 weddings every day. 2011 is looking great for weddings and I am pleased to see couples securing their day earlier this year. We can only photograph a certain number of weddings every year as we like to concentrate on looking after every one of our customers. If you are getting married in 2011 and like the style of photography we offer I would get in touch a.s.a.p as I have never seen it so busy so early in the year. To secure your booking we only need a £200 deposit. We can arrange a meeting to view our sample albums.

Don’t leave it to late their are only so many “Fridays and Saturdays in 2011″ and every one wants the same dates.

About the style of photography we offer

We started wedding photography with a few ideas and just went with them. The approach I started with was pure reportage capturing the day without having any input at all. The style has now evolved into a mixture of reportage - a selection of family groups - portraits - details and relaxed images of the bride and groom on their own. We offer the complete wedding now and tell the story in a selection of individual hand made albums. I still love capturing one off images as they happen and I still let the day find its own pace without getting to envolved. The family groups are very informal and I capture a mixture of ‘ the photo looking towards the camera’ and the laughter and talking in between. We like to have at least fifteen minutes for a few images of the bride and groom relaxing together and I stand well back to capture natural images. The key to every wedding is the ‘timing’ and we find the best wedding receptions have at least 1:30 hours of free time for the bride and groom to enjoy their day.

The image below took about one minute to capture at curradine barns. Its worth giving us a few minutes of your time on the day.

A New Venture - Commercial Wedding Photography UK

We are now offering commercial photography throughout the U.K. I am in the process of putting together a new website for our new venture. I have been producing advertising images for image library and agencies for a few years now and have decided to start a new commercial photography section of Richard Barley Photography. I will be focussing on producing images for editorial and advertising agencies in the Midlands. 2011 Wedding Bookings - Everyone is booking Early….

2011 wedding bookings are going well and we are finding everyone is booking earlier this year. If you are wanting any on-peak dates in 2011 I would book as soon as you can as I think their is a change of mood in the country and their will be more weddings in 2011 than 2010,2009.
